Nice find! Though since this isn't an accurate cell frame (having images of possessed Ash from 'Evil Dead 2' on an 'Army of Darkness' board, I'm gonna guess its a screenshot from a videogame, perhaps later levels from 'Evil Dead: Regeneration'? Can anyone confirm?

Hmm, it looks like some kind of concept art - there isn't a scene like that in the first draft script. so I have no idea where it comes from.
