However, I was kinda disapointed that Ash didn't made the cut in Die!namite Never Dies... I'll still buy the trade paperback, because I like the crossover event, but I hope he get back in the next one.
Yep, I real shame. I don't go often in theaters anymore, but I went for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and would have went for Evil Dead Rise.

In the Marvel comics, they are two separate entities. It is mentioned (still in the comics) that the Necronomicon (the one based on Lovecraft's works) is a work derived from the Darkhold (AKA the Shiatra Book of the Damned).
But for the movie, since it is directed by Raimi, I would have liked...
